Sow with the Expectation of Reaping

In November of 2023, I showed pictures from my prayer journal from December 2017 into 2018. In that

season when we were struggling so badly financially as a church, the Lord spoke into me that during

Sacred Season we are to “sow with the expectation of reaping.” Now I stand here today with a

testimony; both personally and in ministry, of us reaping what we have sown.

2 Corinthians 9:6 says, “With the same manner that you sow is the same measure that you'll reap”. We

want to see you reach an incredible harvest this year, but you must first sow. No farmer expects a

harvest without first sowing a seed; neither does a farmer so seed without expecting a harvest.

Today, we are giving our Sacred Season offering during service. This is separate from your tithe; it's a

seed you're sewing with the expectation of God to do something incredible in your life this year. In

service today, we are going to ask you to bring your gift to the altar with you, plant it into the soil, and

then we're going to pray over your life in your seed that you're sowing. We are going to agree that you

will reap a harvest because of this very moment.
