Pastor Joseph Norris serves as the Campus Pastor of our Des Moines Campus. He has been in ministry since he was 18 years old and has a heart for helping people feel known, welcomed, and connected as they grow in their faith.
He was part of the team that helped launch campus ministry at Palmetto Pointe Church, jumping in to build teams, invest in people, and help create a place where others could encounter God in a real and meaningful way.
Joseph is known for being relational and easygoing, and he genuinely loves getting to know people and walking alongside them in every season of life. He’s married to his wife, Becca, and together they have two daughters. At home, life is full and fun with their two doodles always in the mix.
When he’s not at church, there’s a good chance he’s watching the Eagles or spending quality time with his family. Joseph is passionate about building strong community and helping people take their next step with Jesus.
